1. Usually we will set the phones English before sending them out, maybe sometimes one or two will be sent out with Chinese menu by mistakes, don't be worried, just press " *#0000# " and then press the dial button, the menu can be changed to English automatically.
2. The tracking number will be on line usually in one or two days after we send out the phones, if you can't find the information on line after you get the tracking number, pls wait patiently one ore two more days. Of course, you can also contact us if you have any questions about the delivery.
3. On every of our phone, you can get two different prices. The first one is the wholesale price which is also known as our VIP price. The second one is the retail price. If you order bigger quantity, we can offer different discounts.
4. We have more than 150 different kinds of phones on our web site, most of them are in stock, you can choose them and make the order. If you can't find the phones you are looking for on our web site, don't give up, just tell us the name or show us the pictures, we can surely find them for you, we can easily get all the Chinese mobile phones.
5. Our online payment system is not ready, please check your mail box after you make the order, we will give you response as quickly as possible.
How to place an order?
A. Please send email to szhrfkj6090@hotmail.com or guyhrf@hotmail.com and robotman6090@hotmail.com to inform us the model, quantity, country and transportation mode, we shall reply you the price, freight and arrival time as soon as we receive your email; alternatively you may inquire our sellers for details through online way, and they shall give you detailed answers!
B. If you accept our price, transportation mode and freight, please let us know by email/fax, in which you should write down your full name (full name of the consignee), address, postcode, city, country and phone number. We shall send you P/I (proforma invoice) by email.
C. You are advised to check P/I after receiving it, and let us know immediately if there is any mistake. If there is no mistake with P/I, please make the payment in time in accordance with the agreed method to ensure our punctual delivery.
D. After making the payment, please send email to our seller to ask him/her to check our bank account or paypal account; the general remittance can be received within 4 to 6 banking days, the money can be received within half an hour through West Union or Moneygram.
E. We shall deliver the goods according to the agreed transportation mode within 2 to 4 working days (except weekends and holidays) after we confirm your payment, and then inform you of the tracing number by email.
Transportation?
A.Please note that, the weight of the goods shall be a little added as we shall use thick box and foams to pack the goods to avoid any damage in the transportation.
B.You may inquire the conditions of delivery and transportation within 24 to 48 hours after you get the tracing number via the following websites:

The arrival time of goods is subject to the distance and the flight; generally the goods can be arrived within 4 to 7 working days for DHL and UPS, and 4 to 12 working days for EMS.
C.You are advised to insure your goods to ensure the compensation from the transportation company in case of goods’loss.
D.After you receive the goods, you are advised to open the package and check whether the goods are in good condition, and then sign for receipt! If you find the quantity is wrong, please ask the transportation company to issue a written proof and send it to us, we shall solve the problem for you and be responsible for compensation. However, we can do nothing if you can’t provide us the written proof.
About guarantee?
A.The guaranteed period of all products is one year, we shall provide repair service free of charge if the product has any problem within the guaranteed period except the manmade damage; some fees shall be collected for repair or replacement of parts if the problem is caused by manmade damage or in the transportation process.
B.Please send the product to us by UPS, EMS or common mailing, and tell us the transportation number for inquiry.
C.If you have totally ordered more than 100 units (including 100 units) of products, we shall bear the freight of delivering back but excluding the custom tax of your country; if the total quantity is less than 100 units, the freight shall be borne by you.
D.Please describe the problem(s) and write down the purchasing date to enable us to repair or replace in time.
